At MICA, students and professionals work together on current issues from the field. We are a network, living lab, and knowledge center all in one: we gather questions from the field, link them to education, and share the insights that arise from them. Creativity is our engine, talent is our fuel. In this way, we strengthen the creative economy, attract young talent to the North, and use creativity to tackle the challenges facing this region.
Creative communication & content creation
Students create fresh and relevant content: from social media posts to corporate identities, campaigns, and visual concepts. Always tailored to your target audience and platform.
Research & media insights
Do you have a communication issue, a changing target group, or a need for insight into media or usage trends? Students conduct practical research, for example into brand perception, behavioral change, or media monitoring.
Co-creation & concept development
You will work with students on new concepts, formats, or strategies. Ideal for companies that are open to innovation and want to think outside the box.
Talent scouting & internship exploration
Work together with students on projects and find your future intern or employee even before the application process begins.

The MICA talent pool connects young talent with creative assignments and traineeships for young professionals. It is the place where creative students and graduates can put their skills to work for companies, and where organizations can access motivated, creative, and trained talent. The MICA Talent Pool consists of student jobs and traineeships.

On April 16, Neushoorn Leeuwarden will transform into the setting for a completely new music spectacle: the Eurovision Prompt Festival. A creative evening in which all songs are generated with AI and performed by drag performers, accompanied by a live band of Firda students. Expect glitter, experimentation, technology, and reflection.
